Account settings

A tour of every section in RAGE.WTF Settings, from your username and email to security, sessions and deleting your account.

Settings holds everything about your account itself. How your page looks lives in the profile editor instead.

Open Settings

Open it from the sidebar, the account menu, or search (Ctrl K). On a computer the section list stays on the left; on a phone it scrolls sideways at the top.

Account#

Your User ID (with a copy button), Email (a check mark when verified), Member since and your Aliases.

  • Username: change the name in your address. Free accounts can change it once a week, Premium once a day. See usernames and aliases.
  • Email: enter a New email and click Change email. We send a confirmation link to your current address. Open it, then open the verification link we send to the new address. The change happens after that second link. This address gets your sign-in codes, password resets and receipts.

Aliases#

Extra names that open your page, like rage.wtf/nickname. One comes with Premium, and you can buy up to 2 more. See usernames and aliases.

Security#

Your Password, Two-factor authentication by email code, and Passkeys. See security.

Sessions#

Every device signed in to your account, with a button to sign each one out. See security.

Connections#

Link Discord to sign in with it, claim the Discord badge and get your roles on our server. See connections.

API keys#

Keys for ShareX, the image upload API and the User API. You can have up to 10. See API keys.

This is saved per browser, so set it again on another device. It doesn’t change your public page, which always uses your own design. You can also switch it from the account menu or search.

Permanently delete your account. See deleting your account.
