Premium and the Store

Purchases and refunds

See your order history, find receipts in the customer portal, and read when refunds are possible.

Every purchase, gift you sent and gift you received is listed in the Store. Receipts and payment details are kept by Paddle, which handles all card and PayPal orders.

Open your purchases

Your purchase history#

Open the Store and scroll to Purchases. Each row shows:

  • What was bought, for example “Premium” or “5 Badge Tokens”.
  • Gift to or Gift from and the other person’s username, for gifts.
  • The date and how it was paid, for example a card brand with its last 4 digits, PayPal, or Rage Tokens.
  • The amount in euros or Rage Tokens. Gifts you received don’t show a price.
  • Refunded, with the amount crossed out, if the order was refunded.

The list shows your latest 50 orders. Payment windows you closed without paying are not listed.

Receipts and the customer portal#

  • After every paid order you get a receipt by email with the items, total, order number, date and payment method.
  • For invoices, receipts and card details, click Customer portal in the Purchases section. It opens Paddle’s customer portal in a new tab.
  • For the Image Host plan, the portal is also where you update the card used for renewals. See Image Host plan.

Who you are paying#

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all RAGE.WTF orders. Paddle handles customer service questions about payments, and returns. Prices on RAGE.WTF exclude VAT; Paddle adds it at checkout where it applies.

Refund policy#

From the Terms of Service:

  • Payments are normally non-refundable.
  • You may get a refund within 14 days if RAGE.WTF can’t provide the service as described, or because of a technical error caused by RAGE.WTF.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What a refund changes#

  • Perks from the order are removed, for example Premium, Verified, a supporter tier or an extra alias slot. See If Premium ends for what that means for your page.
  • Tokens from the order are taken back, as far as your balance allows. Your balance never goes below zero.
  • Badges you already claimed stay on your account.
  • The order shows Refunded in your history.

Partial refunds are reviewed by hand, so the perk is not removed automatically.
