This page sums up what you agree to when you use RAGE.WTF, in plain words. It’s a summary only: the full documents are what count.

RAGE.WTF is run by Global Cargo Spedition SRL, a company registered in Romania.

Who can use RAGE.WTF#

  • By using the site you accept the Terms.
  • If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
  • The site isn’t meant for children under 13.

Usernames#

Don’t use a username that is illegal, trademarked, offensive or vulgar. Such names can be removed. See username and aliases.

What you can’t do#

  • Break the law or scam people.
  • Try to get into other accounts or parts of the site you shouldn’t access.
  • Scrape RAGE.WTF or pages on it with bots or scripts.
  • Spread malware or disrupt the site.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.

Content rules#

You’re responsible for everything you upload or post: your page, links, images, music and comments. Don’t post content that:

  • Is illegal, or infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination or harassment.
  • Is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Contains or promotes cheats, hacks or exploits.
  • Contains malware.

Adult content is allowed if it’s legal and you mark your page as adult. Turn on Adult content in your privacy settings, so visitors see an 18+ warning on your enter screen before your page opens.

Your content stays yours. By posting it, you let RAGE.WTF show and use it to run and promote the service, for as long as it stays on the site.

What happens if you break the rules#

RAGE.WTF can remove content, and suspend or close accounts, without warning. Content from a closed account may be deleted. If your account is closed, you may not create a new one without permission. You can report content that breaks these rules.

Your account’s security#

Keep your password and sign-in details private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. If you notice anything suspicious, tell us right away. See security.

Payments#

  • Paid items are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all orders.
  • Payments are usually not refundable, except within 14 days when we couldn’t provide what you bought or a technical error on our side caused a problem.
  • The Image Host plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Privacy#

What RAGE.WTF collects:

  • How you use the site, such as pages visited and profile views.
  • Device details such as IP address, browser and operating system.
  • What you upload, including files and links.
  • Cookies, to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure the site.
  • If you connect Discord: your Discord username, ID and avatar, for sign-in and verification.

This is used to run and improve RAGE.WTF, keep it secure, prevent fraud and show you analytics. To see, correct or delete your personal information, email [email protected]. Requests are usually answered within 30 days. Some data may be kept for legal or operational reasons. See the full Privacy Policy.

  • If your work is used on RAGE.WTF without permission, send a takedown notice to [email protected]. Reporting lists what it must include.
  • If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to [email protected] with a description of what was removed and where, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was a mistake, consent to the court jurisdiction, and your signature. Incomplete notices can’t be processed.
  • A valid counter-notice is passed on to the person who complained. The content can come back if they don’t take legal action in time.
  • Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright can be suspended or closed.

Changes to the rules#

The Terms can change at any time. Important changes are announced in the RAGE.WTF Discord. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
